We booked "honeymoon room" which is really small, but it has direct access to the nature so you can enjoy your morning coffee sitting outside and watching birds. Breakfast and dinner was served as buffet - nothing special, but plenty of choices and tastefull. Drinks are way too expensive (for a glass of wine -3dcl, we paid over 6EURO per person). Not all rooms have minibar or air condition - so double check if you need it! Spa was nicely made, water was warm, saunas very good. I found it strange to take our own towels from room to use them in wellness and then using the same ones for shower afterwards, but we found our ways. Nature around the hotel is fantastic! The only minus - staff. No smile, no good morning, some waiter just came took our plates and left - without asking or saying anything. Not everyone was like this, but it´s a pity for such a nice hotel.

Hello , I just wanted to write a quick review on the hotel. The hotel was amazing personally I think we got the best room in the hotel the view was amazing and the room was big. The restaurant and territory of the hotel was amazing too me and my family loved the river next to the hotel. The staff wasn’t helpful and they did everything like they were about to fall asleep especially I want to talk about the lifeguard at the pool yesterday that lifeguard didn’t kick the little kids out of the pool (they were about 8-10 years old) and the rules said that kids UNDER 12 years young can’t swim In the pool after 19:00 , today it was 18:50 and the lifeguard already started to kick us out and everyone in my family is older than 12 years young even i’am 12 years old and we told him that I’m 12 but he would kick us out🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️ the hotel was perfect but the staff ruined it all.

Amazing palce to stay and relax. Clean rooms, wonderful kitchen - food was perfect. Wellness with lots of options. Great helpfull staff. I was 100% satisfied! If I can recomend something - no criticism! Please improve room cleaning during stay, like tiding beds. For wellness - improve types of bathrobe, resting room tapidarium insolate the noise from bar, cancel the anime event at 5pm at pool. Improve noise insulation in massage rooms, you want to relax not lisent to rock.

We booked 2 rooms at this hotel for a family meet up. We travelled from UK to meet Slovakian relatives. Please be aware that not all the rooms look like on the advert photo's. Both our rooms had no view. Our room was so dark. Tiny window and hardly any natural light. It was so depressing having travelled so a long distance to visit beautiful Tatry. The reception desk at this hotel offers zero customer service. It felt like once they had your money they didn't care if you were happy and enjoying your stay. For this reason I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for traditional Slovakian hospitality. There are far better options in the Tatry area. One positive was the young team in the restaurant were amazing. So polite and perfect service + great food. Shame the reception desk isn't trained to offer the same level of customer service.

Good only for parents with children Near The pool was noisy with kid's songs very loud The spa is nice but children coming in and out So it wasn't felt comfortable to walk around without swimming clothes

I don't know how was it like before the reconstruction. But I can say that now it's simply great ! Everything was perfect with our stay, service's, food, rooms are amazing , swimming pool and wellness.. We particularly liked the surroundings of the hotel. Small river next to the hotel with huge white rock's and the view.. Just amazing, we will surely come back. Small downside is that from Monday to Friday swimming pool opens at 2pm. But at the other hand there are a lot amazing places to see just a few miles from the hotel. Our stay 10/10.

Pretty horrible stay. Lots of problems with the rooms, no double bed, people smoking in balconies so the room constantly smells. Also extremely predatory system trying to charge even for tap water during dinner. And last dinner we even got food poisoning from their bad goat cheese
